If you’re anything like me, the turning back of the clock is not something we would usually welcome. However, what if we could embrace the longer nights and use this time as nature intended – as a time to turn inwards and nourish ourselves?
Join me on October 25th, where I will be sharing gentle tips and practices that you can weave in to your daily life that will:
• Support better sleep
• Release tension and help you move with more ease
• Nourish the nervous system
• Calm the mind and body
DETAILS:
We will begin with some mindful and flowing movement, exploring postures and sequences that invite a sense of ease in to the body. You will then have the opportunity to experience restorative yoga, resting in postures supported by pillows and blankets. This allows for a deep release of tension for both the body and mind. Pure bliss! We will then complete the session with a deep relaxation and balancing breathwork that will leave you feeling rejuvenated.
A perfectly nurturing practice to help support you through the winter season.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
• A mat (the venue has mats but you might want to use your own)
• Two bed pillows
• A cushion for head support
• Blanket
• Eye Pillow (optional)
